Privacy Policy

Limbic Amplifier ("the service", "we") is run by Sonous Unix Consulting. This policy explains what we collect, why, and when we delete it. Short version: we keep only what's needed to build your Lists, we don't sell or share it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
When you sign in with X:
- Your X user ID and username.
- An access token and refresh token that let the service act on your account, limited to the permissions you approve: reading basic profile information, and creating, reading, and adding members to Lists. Tokens are encrypted before they're stored.
When you buy a List:
- The X username you chose to copy from (the "target").
- The IDs of the accounts we add to your List, so that a later purchase for the same target adds new accounts instead of repeating ones you have.
- The ID of the List we create on your account.
If you share a List:
- The List becomes public on X, and the directory on this site shows it with your X username, the account it copies, and how many accounts it has. Making it private removes it from the directory.
When you pay:
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe shares your email address, the amount, and a payment reference with us so we can tell you when your List is ready.
Cookies: we use two cookies, both only to make sign-in work: a temporary one during the X sign-in step (deleted after about 10 minutes), and one that keeps you signed in for 30 days after your last visit, until you sign out. No tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use it
Only to run the service: build your Lists, email you about them, and answer support requests. We don't sell, rent, or share your information, and we don't use it for advertising, profiling, or training AI models.
Who else handles it
- X, because the service works by calling X's API for you.
- Stripe, which processes payments (stripe.com/privacy).
- Cloudflare (hosting and email delivery) and Neon (database), which run and store the service for us and don't use the data for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
- Tokens: deleted about a day after you have no List being built. You'll sign in with X again for your next purchase or sharing change.
- Your email address: deleted 90 days after your last List finishes.
- List and account IDs: kept while you might buy more for the same target, and deleted when you ask us to.
- Shared Lists: listed in the directory until you make them private or delete them on X.
- Payment records: Stripe keeps its own records of your payment under its privacy policy.
The Lists we create belong to you and stay on your X account until you delete them.
Your choices
- You can revoke the service's access at any time in X: Settings and privacy → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps. Any List being built stops, and resumes if you sign in again.
- You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@limbicamplifier.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
Children
The service is not for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and post the new version here before it takes effect.
