Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms cover your use of Limbic Amplifier ("the service"), run by Sonous Unix Consulting ("we", "us"). By signing in or buying, you agree to them.
Limbic Amplifier is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp.
What the service does
You choose a public X account (the "target"). The service reads accounts the target follows, most recent first, creates a private List on your X account, pins it, and adds those accounts to it. Buying more for the same target adds to the same List. You authorize this by signing in with X.
Sharing a List
Lists are private unless you choose to share one, at checkout or later from "Your Lists". A shared List is made public on X once it's done filling in, and listed in the directory on this site with your X username. Anyone can then follow it on X for free. Once public, it stays public, including while later purchases add to it. You can make it private at any time, which also removes it from the directory, and anyone following it on X loses it.
Payment
- Lists are sold in blocks of 100 accounts for $2.00 USD per block, up to 500 accounts per purchase. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
- You pay once, upfront. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. The seller of record for your purchase is shown at checkout and on your receipt.
- If the target follows fewer accounts than you could buy, checkout only offers what's available.
How long it takes
X limits how many accounts each X account can add to Lists. To stay under that limit, we add accounts gradually, about 50 a day. A 100-account List takes about two days, and a 500-account List about ten. We'll email you when it's done.
While your List is being built, your account uses most of its daily allowance for adding people to Lists. If you add people to Lists yourself during that time, X may refuse those additions for a day or more, and it may also pause ours.
Refunds
The service depends on X, which can change or restrict how its API works at any time. Because of that, and because each purchase is small, purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If something goes wrong, email support@limbicamplifier.com and we'll look at it case by case.
If you revoke the service's access while a List is being built, the work stops. It picks up where it left off if you sign in again.
Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 and have the right to use the X account you sign in with.
- You must follow X's rules, and you're responsible for the Lists on your account.
- Don't use the service to harass anyone or to get around X's limits.
What we don't control
The service depends on X's API. X may change its prices, limits, or rules, restrict your account's activity, or shut off access at any time. Some accounts may be skipped if they're protected, suspended, deleted, or can't be added for another reason. A List reflects whom the target followed when we read it, and doesn't update afterward.
No warranty and limit of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to what you paid for the purchase in question.
Ending use
You can stop at any time by revoking the service's access in X. We may refuse or stop a purchase that appears to break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, except where your local consumer laws give you rights that can't be waived.
